Cautions Before Disassembly &
Reassembly (1) Turn off the water from the mains. (2) Disconnect power before servicing. (3) Drain the water form the tank. Loosen the drain plug at the bottom of the water tank to drain the water. 2) Arrange internal hose and wires to their original positions after servicing. It is important to arrange the wiring and hose for proper and safe unit operation. 3) Check the following after servicing (1) Original positions of the screws, internal parts, and wires. (2) Damages on the internal hose and wires. (3) Twisting of hoses. (4) Proper operation of control panel switches. 4) Tools for servicing (1) Monkey Spanner : Servicing of water inlet. (2) ＋ Driver : Parts replacement. (3) － Driver : Disassembly of body cover. (4) Nippers : Wire cutting. (5) Long Nose : Hose clamp replacement. (6) Multi Tester : Resistance checking. (7) Pincers : Servicing of solenoid.
