1) Disassembly of the Body Cover

(1) Unscrew the 2 bolts.

(2) Push the cover towards the unit front and release the cover from the front hooks.

(3) Remove the cover from the main unit.

2) Reassembly of the Body Cover

(1) Couple the body cover to the front hooks.
 

(2) Check if the cover is coupled correctly to the front hooks. Then tighten the 2 bolts.

(3) Check if the control panel switches operate properly.

3) Replacement of Water Heater

(1) Unscrew the 6 bolts from the thermal bracket.

(2) Separate the thermal bracket from the water tank and replace the heater.
 

(3) To prevent any water leakage, first fix the rubber packing. Then insert the the bracket in place with the replaced heater.

(4) Make sure that the thermal fuse is fixed in the center when being placed in the thermal bracket. (Caution needed not to damage the fuse wires)

(5) First, loosely tighten the bracket bolts and insert the grounding wire.
 

(6) After the grounding wire is fix properly ,firmly tighten all the bolts

4) Replacement of level sensor

(1) Unscrew the 2 bolts from the level sensor.

(2) Replace the level sensor.
Make sure that the rubber packing is in place to prevent any water leakage.

5) replacement and maintenance of solenoid

(1) Unscrew the 2 bolts from the level sensor.

(2) Replace the level sensor.
Make sure that the rubber packing is in place to prevent any water leakage.
 

(3) Take out the diaphragm and check for extraneous substances.

Remove any extraneous substances.

(4) If it is necessary to replace the solenoid, replace only the solenoid electric magnet.

Check if the spring and shaft are in place.

(5)Tighten the 4 bolts and connect the wire connector.

6)Replacement of Wires

(1) Don’t pull the wires directly, but pull out the connector housings after releasing the hooks.

(2) When reconnecting the connectors, check if the connectors are hooked up properly.  Incomplete connections may cause malfunctions.

7) Replacement of Internal Hoses

(1) Disconnect the hoses by removing the clamps with a long nose
