Service Manual and Part List

2. FUNCTIONS

1) Water Supply

Float Switch

(1) As the water is supplied, it is filtered of impurities before entering the unit. According to the level sensor, the solenoid turns ON and OFF which in turn allows the water to flow in to the unit’s water tank.

(2) Once the water is inside the unit’s water tank, it is stored in an even level with no water pressure.

(3) When the “CLEANSING” switch is pressed, the water pump operates ejecting water through the nozzle.

2) Warm Water Cleansing Function

(1) Cleansing

When the CLEANSING switch is pressed, warm water cleansing function will operate for one minute.

(2) Water Pressure Adjustment

While the cleansing function is on operation, water pressure can be adjusted to the desired level by pressing HI or LO switch (4 levels).

(3) Water Temperature Adjustment

Water temperature is adjustable to the desired level by pressing TEMP switch. (4 levels; Room Temp. ~ 40℃)

(4) Soft Start

When the water starts spraying, the water pressure increases gradually up to the desired level.

(5) Backflow Prevention Safety Device

A backflow prevention valve installed inside the solenoid prevents return flow when the water supply is shut off.

(6) Heater Overheating Safety Device

When the water heater is abnormally overheated, the thermal switch disables the heater. If the thermal switch fails to control the heater, then the thermal fuse blows out disconnecting the power to the heater.

(7) Safety Device for Overheating of the Empty Tank

If there is no water in the tank, the level sensor prevents the operation of the water heater. (Cautions needed not to tilt the main body when the unit is plugged in. This may effect the level sensor and operate the heater.)

(8) Freeze Prevention

During cold weathers, water in the tank may freeze if the warm water temperature setting is turned off (room temperature). To prevent this from happening, operate the temperature setting (LO ~ HI) during winter seasons.

(9) Overcurrent Prevention Safety Device

If there is overcurrent, the current fuse blows out.
