No Power

(LED off)

① Power failure
② Unit not plugged in
③ Bad plug connection
④ Nopowerreading(4.55.5V)
between 1st and 2nd pin, 9th and 10th pin of the POWER PCB connector

⑤ There is power reading(4.5-5.5V) from ④ but the unit still does not operate.

① Explain to the customer

② Plug in

③ Replace power cord

① Tighten the connections
