BB-500 6. CAUTIONS BEFORE DISASSEMBLY AND REASSEMBLY 1) Before disassembly (1) Turn off the water at the shutoff valve. (2) Disconnect power before servicing. (3) Drain the water from tank. Press the drain lever under the unit until the water is completely drained from the water tank. 2) Arrange internal hose and wires to their original positions after servicing. It is important to arrange the wiring and hose to their original position to ensure safety and proper operation of the unit. 3) Check the followings after servicing (1) The status of the screws, parts, and wires. (2) Damages on the internal hose and wires. (3) Twisting of internal hose. (4) Proper operation of control panel switches. 4) Tools for servicing (1) Monkey spanner : Adjustment of pipe connection. (2) Driver : Parts replacement. (3) Driver : Disassembly of body cover. (4) Nipper : Wire cutting. (5) Long nose : Clip replacement. (6) Multi tester : Resistance checking.
