7. Disassembly and Reassembly
|
1) Replacement of the Seat
Cover
(1) Pull out the Seat Cover upwards.
(2) To reattach the Seat Cover, push down the cover
according to the direction of the cover pin. |

2) Disassembly of the
Seat
(1) Remove the pin cover using the driver and pull out the pin inside.
(2) Pull out the wires from the body cover and disconnect the connectors. |
 |
|
3) Assembly of the Seat
(1) Reconnect the wires
according to their colors and insert them into the body cover.
(2) Insert the seat pin into the body cover vertically. Direction of the
damper hole should be in vertical position.
(3) Insert the cover pin into the body cover.
(4) Assemble the pin cover.

4) Disassembly of the Body
Cover
(1) Unscrew the 2 bolts.
(2) Lift the rear part of
the Body Cover and
disassemble the two front
hooks.

5) Assembly of the Body
Cover
(1) Align the Solenoid part
at the left rear of the
Body Cover.
(2) Assemble the two front
hooks.
(3) Screw the 2 bolts. |

6) Replacement of Wires
(1) Don’t pull out the
wires, but pull out the connector
housing after unlocking the
hooks.
(2) Check the hooking of the
connector housing.
Improper hooking may cause
malfunctions.

7) Replacement of Internal
Hose
(1) Disconnect the hose by
removing the clips with
a long nose.
(2) After replacement of the
hose, check the positioning
and for any twisting of the
hose.

8) Replacement of the
Water Tank
(1) Remove the fixation
band.
(2) Remove the water
prevention plate vertically.
(3) Unscrew the 4 fixation
bolts. Be careful not to change the
position of the fixation band.
(4) Unscrew the earth screw
and the two IC fixation screws.
Earth screw and IC screws
are machine screws. (Pull out the
connector which is connected to the POWER PCB)
(5) Reassembling of the
water tank is the opposite procedure of disassembly.
(5-1) Careful not to damage
the IC when reassembling.
(5-2) Arrange the wires so
that the power lines are placed in front of the tank and the sensor line
behind.
*Misplacement of the wires
may cause malfunctions.

9) Replacement of the Water
Heater
(1) Unscrew the 6 fixation
bolts from the heater bracket.
(1-1) When reattaching the
heater wires, take care not to misconnect the heater line and the thermal
line.
(1-2) When reattaching the connector, place it in the correct direction.
(2) Make sure that the
rubber ring, thermal sensor, and thermal switch is placed correctly
as shown in the picture. (Make sure that there are no extraneous
substances or damages on the rubber ring)
(3) For replacing the water
heater, refer to the picture.
(4) When reassembling the
water tank after replacement of the heater, make sure that the thermal
fuse casing is correctly inserted into the bracket’s notch. (If the fuse
casing is not correctly inserted, it may cause water leakage)
(5) Insert the rubber rings
to the heater.
Make sure that there a no extraneous substances on the heater surface.

10) Replacement of the Level
Sensor
(1) Unscrew the 2 level
sensor fixation bolts on the tank.
(2) After replacing the
level sensor, insert the rubber ring
and reassemble the level
sensor bracket. |

11) Replacement of Solenoid
and removal of extraneous substances in the solenoid
(1) After disconnecting the
wire connector, unscrew the 4 bolts.
(2) Detach the solenoid
electric magnet from the solenoid body.
(3) Take out the rubber
diaphragm and check for extraneous substances. Remove the extraneous
substances if any.
(4) If it is necessary to
replace the solenoid, replace only the solenoid electric magnet.
Check if the spring and shaft are in place.
(5) Screw the 4 bolts and
connect the wires.
