10. Servicing

Symptom Cause Corrections

No Power

(No Display)

(LED Off)

 

① Power Outage.
② Loose power cord.
③ Bad plug connection.
④ Unit turned OFF.
⑤ No power output (AC 220V) is measured between the 5th and 7th pin of the Trans connector when the unit is connected to the power supply.

⑥ No voltage (AC 12V) is measured from the 1st and 3rd pin of the Trans connector when the unit is connected to the power supply.

⑦ No power output (DC 4.5V~ 5.5V) is measured between the 1st and 11th pin of the 26th pin connector of the POWER PCB.

⑧ Power output (DC 4.5V~5.5V)is measured from ⑦.

① Explain to the customer.

② Plug in tightly.

③ Replace plug socket.

④ Turn ON the ON/OFF switch.

⑤ Replace POWER PCB.

⑥ Replace TRANS.

⑦ Replace POWER PCB.

⑧ Replace CONTROL PCB.

 

No Operation
(LED On)

① Corroded CONTROL PCB. ① Replace CONTROL PCB.

No Operation (3rd LED flickers, Self-Diagnosis)

① Nozzle motor disconnected.

② Faulty nozzle unit

① Replace nozzle unit.

② Replace nozzle unit.

No Operation (1st LED flickers, Self-Diagnosis)

① Water thermostat short-

circuited or disconnected.

① Replace thermostat.

No Operation (2nd LED flickers, Self-Diagnosis)

Faulty Seat Mechanism
(Faulty slow down function)

① Replace thermostat.

No Operation 
(1st & 2nd LED flickers, Self-Diagnosis)

① Seat thermostat disconnected or short-circuited.

 

① Replace seat.

No Operation (1st & 3rd LED flickers, Self-Diagnosis)

① Suspension of water supplies.

② Level sensor disconnected.

① Explain to customer.

② Replace level sensor.

No Water Spray

① Suspension of water supplies.

② Filter is clogged.

③ Level sensor short-circuited.

④ Solenoid short-circuited or

disconnected.

⑤ Internal hose twisted.

⑥ Low water pump capacity.

⑦ Water pump short-circuited or disconnected.

⑧ No power output from the POWER PCB’s pump connector.

① Explain to customer.

② Clean the filter.

③ Replace level sensor.

④ Replace solenoid.
 

⑤ Rearrange hose position.

⑥ Replace pump motor.

⑦ Replace pump motor.

⑧ Replace POWER PCB.

No Water Spray

① Leakage from the connection pipes.

② Burst or disconnection of internal hoses.

③ Overflow occurs even when the unit is turned OFF.

④ Level sensor disconnected. (No water leakage if unit is turned OFF)

① Tighten the pipes properly.

② Replace hose.

③ Clean solenoid of extraneous

substances.

④ Replace level sensor.

Water is Not Warm

① Temperature is set at low.

② Water heater disconnected.

① Reset temperature setting.

② Replace water heater.

Water is Not Warm

① Temperature is set at low.

② Seat heater disconnected.

① Reset temperature setting.

② Replace dryer unit.

Warm Air is Not Warm

① Temperature is set at low.

② Dryer heater disconnected.

① Reset temperature setting.

② Replace seat.

Faulty Seat Mechanism (Faulty slow down function)

① Seat pin broken.

② Damper gears broken.

③ Insufficient damper grease.

① Replace seat.

② Replace damper.

③ Replace damper.
